MANILA, Philippines – The provinces of Siquijor, Abra, and Camiguin recorded the highest voter turnout in the 2025 Philippine elections as of 2:20 pm on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, with 97.23% of results transmitted.
Other provinces with the highest turnout include Davao De Oro, Albay, Ilocos Norte, Southern Leyte, Surigao Del Norte, Ilocos Sur, and Kalinga.
Outside the Philippines, Asia Pacific recorded the highest voter turnout, followed by the Middle East and Africa, Europe, and the North and Latin Americas.
Meanwhile, local absentee voting (LAV) turnout reached over 51%. Local absentee voters are composed of media workers, government workers, and uniformed personnel deployed on the day of the elections. They voted from April 28 until April 30, 2025.

At the precinct level, at least 27 precincts recorded perfect attendance.
