MANILA, Philippines – Atlanta-based indie artist Faye Webster is finally making her way to Manila for the first time, concert promoter KARPOS announced on Thursday, March 27.
As a part of her Australia and Asia tour, Webster’s Manila concert will be held at the Filinvest Tent in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, on July 21.
All tickets will be for general admission and priced at P4,640 (inclusive of ticketing fees). It will be a one-section standing show. Tickets go on sale on April 2, from 10 am onwards via tickelo.com.
Purchasing your tickets
Register for an account on Tickelo before you make your purchase. Tickelo only honors purchases made via credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard of any bank), GCash, Maya, and GrabPay.
Once you’re in the ticket selection page, you’ll only have 10 minutes to complete your entire purchase. Each user can only buy a maximum of six tickets.
When your purchase is successful, your e-ticket will be sent to you via email. Keep the e-ticket on your phone, as you will be asked to present this at the gate on show day.
E-tickets are transferrable to another person.
Who can enter the show?
Kids aged three and below can watch the show for free, but minors aged four to 17 must be ticketed. All minors must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing adult or guardian, following the ratio of one adult to two minors.
There will be a designated area for attendees on wheelchairs. They just need to reach out to KARPOS a day before the concert.
Webster’s visit to Manila comes just a year after the release of her latest album, Underdressed at the Symphony — a reference to her tendency to buy orchestra show tickets last-minute on a whim. Her other albums include the 2017 self-titled one, the 2019 Atlanta Millonaires Club, and the 2021 I Know I’m Funny haha.
She’s known for tracks such as “Kingston,” “Right Side of My Neck,” “I Know You,” and “In a Good Way.” – Rappler.com
