MANILA, Philippines – Cardinals living in Rome are gathering at Saint Peter’s Square at 9 pm on Monday, February 24 (Rome time), to pray the rosary for the healing of Pope Francis, who remains in critical condition.
“Starting this evening, the cardinals residing in Rome, along with all collaborators of the Roman Curia and the Diocese of Rome, responding to the sentiments of the people of God, will gather in Saint Peter’s Square at 9 pm to recite the Holy Rosary for the health of the Holy Father,” the Holy See Press Office announced
The evening rosary on Monday is set to be led by Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican’s secretary of state.
